McAllister Construction and Chase-Thomas Contractors have a seven year working relationship that resulted from a fifteen year friendship. After the founding of Chase-Thomas, specializing in utility installation, it became the vision of Glenn & Ed McAllister and Pat Chase & Bob Thomas to form a seamless integration. This integration allows both companies to offer complete site improvement services yet maintain each business’s identity and client base. The partnership has successfully tackled 500+ lot subdivisions while (most importantly) maintaining the ability to personally manage the site.
